
sarahjoy has been working with women with body image issues, disordered eating patterns, and life-management strategies that over-use or mis-use food, exercise, or other substances since 2002. using yoga, psycho-educational presentations, and the safe container of companionship with other women, sarahjoy skillfully guides women in transforming their relationship to their body, food, intimacy, communication, anxiety/depression, and all the nuances of overcoming long-held patterns and personal belief systems that may have once served, but now cause more suffering than relief.
