if you struggle with an eating disorder, misplaced hunger, or compulsive food strategies, this workshop offers relief. there are hungers in the psyche that cannot be fed with food and spiritual appetites that cannot be satisfied through food management strategies. when these “hungers of the heart”—for connection, creativity, aliveness, ease, and refuge—are confused with physical hunger, we lose the ability to rest in the innate wisdom and love that is the center of a sacred life.
